An extra bed in the room is possible. We charge a surcharge of €25 (LS) or €30 (HS) per night.

Availability of an extra bed must always be notified in advance and will be agreed based on availability.

We have a (foldable) cot available for children up to 3 years old at a surcharge of €25 (LS) or €30 (HS) per child (1 to 7 nights).

Breakfast is included.
We take care of your room every day. Replacement of towels takes place every other day. Room cleaning and bed linen change takes place after 7 nights.

Arrival: you can check in from 15.00 pm. We request that you inform us of your arrival time in advance.
Departure: on the day of departure you have to check out before 10.30 am. 

You will receive an email when the booking is confirmed. We ask a downpayment at time of reservations at an amount of 25% of the total booking costs, with a minimum of €100 by bank transfer. The reservation is final after receipt of the deposit. The remaining amount can be done by bank transfer in advance or cash by arrival.

Our conditions of cancellation are:

  • till 45 days before arrival the payment in advance will be paid back.
  • 44-30 days before arrival the payment in advance (25%) will not be paid back.
  • 29 or less days you have to pay the total amount of the booking.

“Mooie accomodatie met vriendelijke eigenaren. De locatie is prima, het zwembad is heerlijk en de kamers zijn netjes met prima bedden. Fijn is de extra keuken voor de gasten, waar je gebruik kan maken van de koelkast en alle andere keukenbenodigdheden. Wij hebben een super verblijf gehad. Zeker aan te raden!”

"Zeer mooi complex, prachtige voortuin met fruitbomen, tuinsets met parasols. In de binnentuin een heerlijk zwembad, met lekkere bedjes. Uitgebreid ontbijt, erg lekker. Bert en Els zijn zijn goede gastheer en -vrouw. In het dorp leuke winkeltjes, supermarkten en goede restaurants. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!"
