Consumers can resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity in the event of a dispute.
Alternative consumer dispute resolution entities are entities authorized to carry out mediation, conciliation, and arbitration of consumer disputes in Portugal, and are registered on the list of RAL entities provided by Law Nº. 144/2015.
