- data concerning your passport (during your stay) for the benefit of the Portuguese government (SEF: Serviços de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras).

When using our website or one of our booking partners (such as Booking.com, AirBnB etc.), you give to us certain information. That may be personal data. We only store and use the personal data that is provided directly by you or for which it is clear that it is provided to use for processing. We will not use the personal data for other purposes, unless you have given your prior consent or we may or must do so by law. We store the personal information and / or e-mails you have specified above from the moment we receive your first request for a reservation. You are of course not obliged to provide us with the above information, but if we do not receive this information, we cannot process your booking and / or booking correctly.

Retention periods
The retention period of B&B Casal da Eira is two years or as long as the Portuguese legislation requires concerning the retention of administrative data for the tax authorities and / or foreigners. The personal data is subsequently destroyed.
