Low season: June 
High season: July, August and September

From November till 2nd of June we are closed. 

May available on request, only for groups on a weekly basis.

An extra bed in the room is possible in one of the family rooms and in the studio apartment. We charge a surcharge of €25 (LS) or €30 (HS) per night.

Availability of an extra bed must always be notified in advance and will be agreed based on availability.

We have a (foldable) cot available for children up to 3 years old at a surcharge of €25 (LS) or €30 (HS) per child (1 to 7 nights).

Breakfast is included.
We take care of your room every day. Replacement of towels takes place every other day. Room cleaning and bed linen change takes place after 7 nights.

Arrival: you can check in from 15.00 pm. We request that you inform us of your arrival time in advance.
Departure: on the day of departure you have to check out before 11 am. 

You will receive an email when the booking is confirmed. We ask a downpayment at time of reservations at an amount of 25% of the total booking costs, with a minimum of €100,-, by bank transfer. The reservation is final after receipt of the down payment. The remaining amount can be done by bank transfer in advance or cash by arrival.

Our conditions of cancellation are:

• till 45 days before arrival the payment in advance will be paid back.
• 44-30 days before arrival the payment in advance (25%) will not be paid back.
• 29 or less days you have to pay the whole amount.

B&B Casal da Eira cannot be held liable for damage that happens during your stay.

We advice you to take a travel- and cancellation insurance.
